Operational Document definition

Operational Document means the document setting out the timelines, milestones, requirements, technical specifications, and other information for the implementation of the Professional Services as set forth in the relevant Sales Order or otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing;
Operational Document means a document agreed between you and Terrascope that sets out any implementation or operational requirements which are to be incorporated into the Agreement. See Annexure A to this Agreement for further details;
Operational Document means the agreement that contains the details of provisions as required by the Canada-Alberta Production Insurance Agreement.

Examples of Operational Document in a sentence

  • You shall have no remedy against Terrascope and Terrascope shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of any delays to the completion of the Professional Services and/or any date, milestone and/or timeline in the Operational Document, howsoever arising.

  • The methodologies, Unit Value Certification Guidelines and tests shall be set out in the Operational Document.

  • The CB can grant reduced or higher frequencies according to the rules defined in LOVAG Operational Document: LOVAG OD 03-03.

  • Terrascope may, but is not obligated to, submit to you a revised Operational Document as soon as practicable whereupon the period for completion of the Professional Services and/or the Professional Services Term shall be correspondingly adjusted.

  • If the completion of the Professional Services and/or any date, milestone and/or timeline in the Operational Document is or is likely to be delayed for any reason whatsoever, Terrascope will notify you of the delay or the likelihood of delay giving the reasons and particulars for such delay or the likelihood of such delay.

  • The Co-Issuers shall not, and shall not permit any of their Restricted Subsidiaries to, amend or otherwise modify any Organizational Documents of any Note Party in a manner that would materially and adversely affect the Holders, taken as a whole, hereunder or under any other Operational Document.

  • The description of each probable yield methodology shall be set out in the Operational Document.

  • The requirements and the duties of the LOVAG MSS are defined in the LOVAG Operational Document: LOVAG OD 03-01.

  • The method used to make this adjustment shall be set out in the Operational Document.

  • Upon cancellation of any Access Rights the relevant Access Rights are automatically removed from Annexure A, the Standard Working Timetable and any other relevant timetabling, Operational Document or document relating to or connected with the relevant Access Rights and Annexure C shall be automatically amended to the extent necessary to reflect the relevant cancellation.

Related to Operational Document

  • Organizational Document means, as applicable, an entity’s agreement or certificate of limited partnership, limited liability company agreement, certificate of formation, certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws or other similar organizational documents.

  • Organizational Documents means (a) with respect to a corporation, the charter, articles or certificate of incorporation, as applicable, and bylaws thereof, (b) with respect to a limited liability company, the certificate of formation or organization, as applicable, and the operating or limited liability company agreement thereof, (c) with respect to a partnership, the certificate of formation and the partnership agreement, and (d) with respect to any other Person the organizational, constituent and/or governing documents and/or instruments of such Person.

  • New Organizational Documents means the documents providing for corporate governance of New Valaris Holdco and the Reorganized Debtors, including charters, bylaws, operating agreements, or other organizational documents or shareholders’ agreements, as applicable, consistent with section 1123(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code (as applicable).

  • Constitutional Documents means, with respect to a particular legal entity, the articles of incorporation, certificate of incorporation, formation or registration (including, if applicable, certificates of change of name), memorandum of association, articles of association, bylaws, articles of organization, limited liability company agreement, trust deed, trust instrument, operating agreement, joint venture agreement, business license, or similar or other constitutive, governing, or charter documents, or equivalent documents, of such entity.

  • Company Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation and bylaws (or the equivalent organizational documents) of the Company and its Subsidiaries as in effect on the date of this Agreement.
