Park model means a recreational vehicle intended for permanent or semi-permanent installation and is used as a primary residence;
Model shall refer to a particular brand of Vehicle sold by an OEM (e.g., Taurus, Tahoe, Grand Caravan).
Reliability pricing model or "RPM" means PJM's capacity-
Sponsor Model means the Sponsor’s financial model, dated June 26, 2018, used in connection with the syndication of the Credit Facility.
Base Case Model means the financial model and statements including profit and loss, balance sheet and financial projections reflecting the forecasted consolidated financial conditions of the Group for the term of this Agreement (for these purposes assuming both before and after the incurrence of the indebtedness under the Finance Documents), each in form and substance satisfactory to the Finance Parties addressed to, and/or capable of being relied upon by the Finance Parties.
Reliability Pricing Model Auction or “RPM Auction” shall mean the Base Residual Auction or any Incremental Auction, or, for the 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 Delivery Years, any Capacity Performance Transition Incremental Auction.
Methodology means the process used by the Steward to determine its calculation of its Supplied quantity of Designated Printed Paper and Packaging, including, but not limited to, data sources, percentage allocation of data reported, data collection systems, and the use of calculators, worksheets, commercial software, or mathematical formulae.
Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;
Base Case Financial Model means a financial model prepared by the Borrower forecasting the revenues and expenditures of the Project for time periods through the Final Maturity Date and based upon assumptions and methodology provided by the Borrower and acceptable to the TIFIA Lender as of the Effective Date, which model shall be provided to the TIFIA Lender as a fully functional Microsoft Excel – based financial model or such other format requested by the TIFIA Lender.
Matrix (1 2 8 9) means a substantially continuous phase that fills the space between particles, whiskers or fibres.
Exhibit 1 means Exhibit 1 to this Schedule C.
EU Model Clauses means the (Standard Contractual Clauses (processors)) or any subsequent version thereof published by the European Commission (which will automatically apply). The Standard Contractual Clauses current as of the effective date of the Agreement are attached hereto as Appendix 4.
COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place”, “stay at home”, workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure or sequester order, guideline, recommendation or Law, or any other applicable Laws, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Entity in connection with or in response to COVID-19.
Black means South African Blacks, Coloureds and Indians, as defined in the B-BBEE Act, 53 of 2003
Grid means the nationwide system of transmission lines, substations and other works including the HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) link owned by Transpower and used to connect all grid injection points and/or grid exit points to transport electricity throughout New Zealand;
Operating parameter value means a minimum or maximum value established for a control device or process parameter that, if achieved by itself or in combination with one (1) or more other operating parameter values, determines that an owner or operator has complied with an applicable emission limit.
EPCglobal means a subscriber-driven organization comprised of industry leaders and organizations focused on creating global standards for the adoption of passive RFID technology.
Diesel engine means an internal combustion, compression-ignition (CI) engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.
Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.
Value Engineering means the detailed analysis of systems, equipment, materials, services, facilities, and supplies required by the Contract Documents for the purpose of achieving the desired and essential functions of the Owner’s program at the lowest cost consistent with required and necessary performance, longevity, reliability, quality and safety.
Projected PJM Market Revenues means a component of the Market Seller Offer Cap calculated in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6. Proportional Multi-Driver Project: “Proportional Multi-Driver Project” shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement. Pseudo-Tie:
Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.
Turnover of zero-rated supply of goods means the value of zero-rated supply of goods made during the relevant period without payment of tax under bond or letter of undertaking;
Smart grid means capital improvements to an electric distribution utility's distribution infrastructure that improve reliability, efficiency, resiliency, or reduce energy demand or use, including, but not limited to, advanced metering and automation of system functions.
Sustainability Risk means an environmental, social or governance event or condition that, if it occurs, could cause an actual or a potential material negative impact on the value of the investment;
