Option Exercise Proceeds definition

Option Exercise Proceeds means the aggregate exercise price of all Company In-The-Money Vested Options issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Option Exercise Proceeds means, for each Company In the Money Option outstanding as of the Effective Time and cancelled pursuant to Section 1.11, an amount equal (i) the exercise price for a share of Company Common Stock underlying such Company In the Money Option multiplied by (ii) the number of shares of Company Common Stock underlying such Company In the Money Option.

Option Exercise Proceeds means an aggregate amount equal to the amount of any cash that is paid or deemed to have been paid to the Company upon the exercise of any Vested Company Options from and after the date of this Agreement through and including the Effective Time.
