Option Number definition

Option Number is defined in Section 2.
Option Number shall initially be the number of shares equal to nineteen and nine-tenths percent (19.9%) of the total number of shares of the Company Common Stock issued and outstanding as of the date of this Agreement, and shall be adjusted hereafter to reflect changes in the Company's capitalization occurring after the date hereof in accordance with Section 11 hereof. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event shall the Option Number exceed nineteen and nine-tenths percent (19.9%) of the total number of shares of the Company Common Stock issued and outstanding as of the date of this Agreement, adjusted in accordance with Section 11 hereof.

Option Number means 347,975 Shares, as such number may be adjusted as provided herein.
