Option Deed definition

Option Deed means the deed entered into or to be entered into on or about the date of this Agreement between LandCorp, the Company and the Guarantor for the grant by LandCorp to the Company of an option to purchase the Additional Area subject to the Xxxx to ratify this Agreement being passed by the State Parliament of Western Australia and commencing to operate as an Act as referred to in clause 3;
Option Deed means a deed poll to be entered by the Company to record the issue of the Options in the form set out in Schedule 8;
Option Deed means a deed dated 14th April 1997 made between Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx (1) you (2) and the Company (3);

More Definitions of Option Deed

Option Deed means a put option deed to be entered into between Purchaser and HK Holdco at or before Closing in the Agreed Form, pursuant to which HK Holdco will grant a put option to Purchaser in respect of the Subject Shares.
