Optional Early Redemption Date definition

Optional Early Redemption Date means the first Payment Date falling 15 years after the Original Issue Date.
Optional Early Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Condition 9.3 hereof. “Register” has the meaning set forth in Condition 11.2 hereof.
Optional Early Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b).

Optional Early Redemption Date means the date falling at the expiry of 30 months from the Deemed Date of Allotment (or such other later date as may be agreed between the Company and the Debenture Trustee (acting on the instructions of the Debenture Holders by way of a Unanimous Resolution)).
