Examples of Optional Put Date in a sentence
An Optional Put Exercise Notice, once delivered, shall be irrevocable and the Issuer shall redeem all Bonds the subject of Optional Put Exercise Notices delivered as aforesaid on the Optional Put Date.
To exercise such right, the holder of the relevant Bond must complete, sign and deposit during normal business hours at the specified office of any Paying Agent a duly completed and signed notice of redemption, in the then current form obtainable from the specified office of any Paying Agent (“Optional Put Exercise Notice”) together with the Certificate evidencing the Bonds to be redeemed not earlier than 60 days and not later than 30 days prior to the Optional Put Date.
On 7 November 2016 (the “Optional Put Date”), the holder of each Bond will have the right at such holder’s option, to require the Issuer to redeem all or some only of the Bonds of such holder on the Optional Put Date at their principal amount.
Any Bondholder Put Exercise Notice once delivered shall be irrevocable and the Issuer shall redeem the Bonds the subject of the Bondholder Put Exercise Notice on the Optional Put Date.
On 5 February 2023 (the “Optional Put Date”), the holder of each Bond will have the right at such holder’s option, to require the Group to redeem all or some only of such holder’s Bonds on the Optional Put Date at their principal amount.
An Optional Put Exercise Notice, once delivered, shall be irrevocable (and may not be withdrawn unless the Issuer consents to such withdrawal) and the Issuer shall redeem the Bonds the subject of Optional Put Exercise Notices delivered as aforesaid on the Optional Put Date.
To exercise such right, the holder of the relevant Bond must deliver the Certificate representing such Bond to the specified office of any Paying Agent, together with a duly completed and signed notice of exercise in the form for the time being current, obtainable from the specified office of any Agent (the “Optional Put Exercise Notice”), not more than 60 days and not less than 30 days prior to the Optional Put Date.
The Issuer shall redeem the Bonds the subject of the relevant Optional Put Exercise Notice (subject to delivery of the relevant Certificate as aforesaid) on the Optional Put Date.
To exercise such right, the holder of the relevant Bond must deliver such Bond to the specified office of any Paying, Transfer A20073286 78 and Conversion Agent, together with a duly completed and signed notice of exercise in the form which is for the time being current and which is obtainable from the specified office of any Paying, Transfer and Conversion Agent (the “Optional Put Exercise Notice”) not earlier than 60 days nor less than 45 days prior to the Optional Put Date.
The Issuer shall redeem the Bonds the subject of Optional Put Exercise Notices delivered as aforesaid on the Optional Put Date.
