Put Date definition

Put Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.4.
Put Date means the date that is specified by the Company in any Put Notice for which the Company intends to exercise a Put under Section 2.3.1, unless the Put Date is postponed pursuant to the terms hereof, in which case the "Put Date" is such postponed date.

Examples of Put Date in a sentence

  • The Receiver shall purchase Assets that are specified in the Put Notice and shall assume Related Liabilities with respect to such Assets, and the transfer of such Assets and Related Liabilities shall be effective as of a date determined by the Receiver which date shall not be later than thirty (30) days after receipt by the Receiver of the Put Notice (the "Put Date").

  • Each Asset purchased by the Receiver pursuant to this Section 3.4 shall be purchased at a price equal to the Repurchase Price of such Asset less the Related Liability Amount applicable to such Asset, in each case determined as of the applicable Put Date.
