Optional Redemption Account definition

Optional Redemption Account means the account by that name in the Redemption Fund established pursuant to Section 5.06.
Optional Redemption Account means the account of that name established under, and held by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to, the provisions of the Fiscal Agent Agreement.
Optional Redemption Account means the Account so designated which is created and established by Section 4.1 of the Single Lot Resolution, pursuant to the General Bond Resolution.

More Definitions of Optional Redemption Account

Optional Redemption Account means the Account so designated which is established and created by the 1976 General Resolution.
Optional Redemption Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.04 of the Indenture.
