Optional Subdivision Amenities definition

Optional Subdivision Amenities means facilities constructed by the Developer on public lands, at its choice, above the minimum requirements of the City, including but not limited to entrance signage and gates, walls and flower beds of generally high quality material, park features such as benches, gazebos, water features or other high maintenance cost features, all of which require a perpetual maintenance solution as a condition of approval, which are usually in the form of deposit or payment by the developer sufficient to remove the facility or assumption of the maintenance and repair obligations by either a homeowner, resident or community association;
Optional Subdivision Amenities means amenities installed, constructed or placed within the Public Places within the Subdivision Area by the Developer other than those required pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to Optional Subdivision Amenities

  • Local Subdivision means any county, municipal corporation, township, sanitary district or regional water and sewer district of the State.

  • Local Subdivision Contribution means the Local Subdivision financial share used for the sole and express purpose for paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the Director under this Agreement for completion of the project.

  • Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.

  • Minor subdivision means a subdivision that creates five or fewer lots from a tract of record.

  • Governmental subdivision means any city, county, or combination thereof.

  • Extension Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(d).

  • Incremental Facilities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Political Subdivisions means cities, counties, and educational institutions.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Political subdivision means a city, village, town or county.

  • Subdivision Plat means the graphical representation of the subdivision of land, prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor, having a number or letter designation for each lot within the plat and a succinct name or title that is unique for the county where the land is located.

  • Recreational facility means any enclosed, indoor area used by the general public and used as a

  • Local political subdivision means a county, municipal corporation, township, conservancy district, soil and water conservation district, joint recreation district, park district, or other similar park authority.

  • New manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed on or after the effective date of this ordinance or the effective date of the initial floodplain management ordinance and includes any subsequent improvements to such structure.

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Trunk-Side means the Central Office Switch connection that is capable of, and has been programmed to treat the circuit as connecting to another switching entity (for example another Central Office Switch). Trunk-Side connections offer those transmission and signaling features appropriate for the connection of switching entities and cannot be used for the direct connection of ordinary telephone station sets.

  • Incremental Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Incremental Facility Amendment has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(d).

  • Lot Line, Side means any lot line not a front or rear lot line.

  • Maximum Incremental Facilities Amount means, at any date of determination, (a) the sum of (i) $500,000,000, plus (ii) an amount such that the Borrower is in Pro Forma Compliance with the Senior Secured Leverage Test (for the avoidance of doubt without netting any cash from the proceeds of any Indebtedness being incurred in reliance on such test and, if applicable, assuming the full amount of any New Revolving Credit Commitments are drawn), plus (iii) amounts used to incur Indebtedness the Net Cash Proceeds of which are substantially concurrently used to refinance or replace Revolving Credit Commitments and/or Term Loans (including any fees, accrued interest or other amounts owing in respect thereof), plus (iv) from and after the 2012 Extension Effective Date, the aggregate principal amount of 2014 Term Loans outstanding as of such date of determination, provided that such additional amounts pursuant to this clause (iv) are only available to the extent such amounts are used to incur Indebtedness the Net Cash Proceeds of which are substantially concurrently used to prepay 2014 Term Loans in accordance with Section 5.1 of this Agreement (such prepaid 2014 Term Loans, “Incremental Facility Prepaid 2014 Term Loans”) plus (v) the Dollar Equivalent principal amount of Term Loans (other than New Term Loans, Incremental Facility Prepaid 2014 Term Loans or Term Loans refinanced or replaced pursuant to clause (iii) above) voluntarily prepaid pursuant to Section 5.1 prior to such date, plus (vi) the amount of all Revolving Credit Commitments that have either been permanently reduced pursuant to Section 4.2 or have otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement after the 2012 Extension Effective Date (without duplication of the amounts incurred pursuant to clause (iii) above) minus (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of New Loan Commitments incurred pursuant to Section 2.14(a) prior to such date and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Permitted Other Indebtedness issued or incurred pursuant to Section 10.1(bb)(i)(a) prior to such date.

  • Combination carrier means a ship designed to carry either oil or solid cargoes in bulk.

  • Base Flood Elevation (BFE means a determination of the water surface elevations of the base flood as published in the Flood Insurance Study. When the BFE has not been provided in a “Special Flood Hazard Area”, it may be obtained from engineering studies available from a Federal, State, or other source using FEMA approved engineering methodologies. This elevation, when combined with the “Freeboard”, establishes the “Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation”.

  • Dialing Parity means as defined in the Act. As used in this Agreement, Dialing Parity refers to both Local Dialing Parity and Toll Dialing Parity.

  • Existing manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community.

  • Incremental Term Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
