An entity that is Enrolled in an Order 1000 Planning Region other than ColumbiaGrid may be an Order 1000 Party and participate in ColumbiaGrid’s Order 1000 transmission planning processes under the Order 1000 Agreement as an ITP Proponent.
Any Person that is not Enrolled in any Order 1000 Planning Region may Enroll in the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region by executing the Order 1000 Agreement and becoming an Order 1000 Party that is an Order 1000 Enrolled Party pursuant to section 14.17 of the Order 1000 Agreement.
Any Person that is not Enrolled in any Order 1000 Planning Region may Enroll in the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region by executing the Order 1000 Agreement and becoming an Order 1000 Party that is an Order 1000 Enrolled Party pursuant to section14.17 of the Order 1000 Agreement.
If an Order 1000 Party indicates in its signature block for this Order 1000 Agreement that it is an ITP Proponent, such Order 1000 Party, upon its execution and delivery of this Order 1000 Agreement, represents that it meets the definition of ITP Proponent and that it is Enrolled in an Order 1000 Planning Region other than the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region, as indicated in such Order 1000 Party’s signature block.
If an Order 1000 Party indicates in its signature block for the Order 1000 Agreement that it is an ITP Proponent, such Order 1000 Party, upon its execution and delivery of the Order 1000 Agreement, represents that it meets the definition of ITP Proponent and that it is Enrolled in an Order 1000 Planning Region other than the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region, as indicated in such Order 1000 Party’s signature block.
As of the effective date of this Attachment K, the following entities are Enrolled in the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region: Avista Corporation MATL LLPPuget Sound Energy, Inc.An entity that is Enrolled in an Order 1000 Planning Region other than ColumbiaGrid may be an Order 1000 Party and participate in ColumbiaGrid’s Order 1000 transmission planning processes under the Order 1000 Agreement as an ITP Proponent.PART IV.
Regional Interconnected Systems that are operating; and (ii) after the expiration of 90 days after such time is either not a signatory to the PEFA or is Enrolled in an Order 1000 Planning Region other than ColumbiaGrid is to be deemed to have withdrawn from the Order 1000 Agreement, which deemed withdrawal is to be effective upon the expiration of such 90-day period.
A corresponding revision has been made in Attachment K at Part III, section 1.8. • Fourth Amended Order 1000 Agreement section 14.17 and Attachment K at Part III, section 1.8 have each been revised to remove the phrase “and that it is Enrolled in an Order 1000 Planning Region other than the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region” consistent with the March 3 Order at paragraph 10.
A corresponding revision has been made in Attachment K at Part III, section 17.2. • Fourth Amended Order 1000 Agreement section 14.17 at the third paragraph has been revised consistent with the March 3 Order at paragraphs 2 and 10 as follows: Any ITP Proponent under this Order 1000 Agreement must indicate in its signature block for this Order 1000 Agreement (i) that it is an ITP Proponent and (ii) the name of the Order 1000 Planning Region in which it is Enrolled, if any.
Any Order 1000 Enrolled Party that is an Order 1000 Non-Incumbent Transmission Developer is to advise ColumbiaGrid in writing of (i) any Order 1000 Planning Region other than the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region in which it is Enrolled and (ii) any proposed transmission facilities of such Order 1000 Enrolled Party in the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region.
