Order Acknowledgment definition

Order Acknowledgment means a written acknowledgment by the Company of a Customer order for Products and/or Services;
Order Acknowledgment the written acknowledgment of an order received by Xxxxxxxxx from the Buyer, sent via email by Xxxxxxxxx to the Buyer confirming quantities, prices, payment status and delivery details in respect of the Goods and to which these Conditions are appended.

More Definitions of Order Acknowledgment

Order Acknowledgment means a written or electronic notice delivered by DSM PTG to SHC in accordance with this Agreement to the effect that DSM PTG has received and accepted a Purchase Order.
