Order Effective Period definition

Order Effective Period means the period set forth in such Order commencing on the relevant Order Effective Date and renewed in accordance with the Order Effective Period, termination, and Effect of Termination Clause, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the Agreement; Pre-Existing Property means data, information, materials, software, tools, processes or Intellectual Property Rights developed by a Party prior to initiation of the Supplies or independent of the Supplies provided or licensed hereunder as well as any improvements or in conjunction with the Software, as specified by us and set out in the relevant Order;
Order Effective Period means the period set forth in such Order commencing on the relevant Order Effective Date and renewed in accordance with the Order Effective Period, termination, and Effect of Termination Clause, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the Agreement;

Examples of Order Effective Period in a sentence

  • Neither Party shall, during an Order Effective Period and for a period of one (1) year following the termination or expiry of such Order Effective Period, solicit or recruit for employment either directly or indirectly (other than by general advertising), any person who was an employee of the other Party during that Order Effective Period and who performed work under the relevant Order, without the other Party’s written consent.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Limit Order Instruction, Limit Orders Instructions shall remain in effect until 23:59 p.m. on the last day of the Limit Order Effective Period.

  • A Transaction in which Customer agrees to buy a Purchased Currency from Custom House at the Target Rate(s) within the Limit Order Effective Period, without additional approval from Customer.

Related to Order Effective Period

  • PAL effective period means the period beginning with the PAL effective date and ending 10 years later.

  • Effective Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(a).

  • Agreement Effective Period means, with respect to a Party, the period from the Agreement Effective Date to the Termination Date applicable to that Party.

  • Effective Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) hereof.

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Transfer Effective Date shall have the meaning set forth in each Commitment Transfer Supplement.

  • Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.

  • €STR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an €STR Index Cessation Event, the first date on which €STR is no longer provided by the European Central Bank (or any successor administrator of €STR), as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • SOFR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in relation to a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate) ceases to publish the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate, or the date as of which the daily Secured Overnight Financing Rate may no longer be used;

  • Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.

  • Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of one or more Index Cessation Events, the first date on which CDOR is no longer provided. If CDOR ceases to be provided on the Relevant Original Fixing Date but it was provided at the time at which it is to be observed pursuant to the terms and provisions of the applicable series of CDOR notes, then the Index Cessation Effective Date will be the next day on which the rate would ordinarily have been published;

  • Effective TBD means that the date is to be determined by further Commission action. A date listed as "anticipated effective" may be subject to change. An Advice Letter Supplement is not a new filing, and there is no protest period unless indicated.

  • OBFR Index Cessation Effective Date means, in relation to an OBFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or any successor administrator of the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate) ceases to publish the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate or the date as of which the daily Overnight Bank Funding Rate may no longer be used;

  • Initial Effective Date means the date that the Initial Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • Stated Termination Date means December 31, 2000.

  • Disability Effective Date means the date on which termination of employment becomes effective due to Disability.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means the date that is 364 days from (and including) the Effective Date, or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Target Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Non-Call Period has the meaning set forth under the definition of “Specific Redemption Provisions.”

  • Ineffective Period means any period of time that the Registration Statement or any supplemental registration statement becomes ineffective or unavailable for use for the sale or resale, as applicable, of any or all of the Registrable Securities (as defined in the Registration Rights Agreement) for any reason (or in the event the prospectus under either of the above is not current and deliverable) during any time period required under the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • PAL effective date generally means the date of issuance of the PAL permit. However, the PAL effective date for an increased PAL is the date any emissions unit that is part of the PAL major modification becomes operational and begins to emit the PAL pollutant.

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;
