OREO Properties definition

OREO Properties means any interest in any real or personal property owned by the Bank or any other Corporation acquired through foreclosure or otherwise in connection with collecting a loan or lease.
OREO Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(p).
OREO Properties means that real property owned by Seller and acquired through foreclosure of a Mortgaged Property as set forth on §1.3 of the Disclosure Schedule.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries make no representation or warranty with respect to the status of title or Liens affecting OREO Properties.

  • Custodial property means an interest in property transferred to a custodian under this act and the income from, and proceeds of, that interest in property.

  • Securitization Property means the property described in section 10j.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold, mineral or other estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned or leased by any Person, whether by lease, license or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, all general intangibles and contract rights and other property and rights incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

  • Real Estate-Related Assets means any investments by the Company or the Operating Partnership in Mortgages and Real Estate-Related Securities.
