More Definitions of Original Allocation

Original Allocation means the total amount of the Proceeds deposited in the Construction Disbursement Account and the Construction Escrow Account less (x) the Initial Disbursements listed in the Initial Disbursements Certificate and (y) the Issuance Fees and Expenses.
