Original Bank Group means LaSalle National Bank; NBD Bank; Firstar Bank Milwaukee, N.A.; Harrxx Xxxst and Savings Bank; Nationsbank, N.A.; First Bank, National Association; CoreStates Bank, N.A.; Fleet Bank, National Association, f/k/a Natwest Bank, N.A.; and Mellon Bank, N.A.; solely in their capacity as lenders to FMAC pursuant to the terms of the Warehouse Facility.
