Original Class B Notes definition

Original Class B Notes means the securities issued and authenticated on the Closing Date pursuant to the Indenture and substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 thereto.
Original Class B Notes means the Class B Senior Secured Deferrable Floating Rate Notes due 2023 issued on the Original Closing Date pursuant to the Indenture.
Original Class B Notes means the €38,500,000 Class B-1 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2030 issued 28 July 2016 and the €7,300,000 Class B-2 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2030 issued 28 July 2016.
