Examples of Original Class Notional Amount in a sentence
The following table sets forth: (i) the class designation of each Class of Regular Certificates; (ii) the Original Class Principal Balance or, if so noted (including by way of footnote), the Original Class Notional Amount, as applicable, for each Class of Regular Certificates; and (iii) the Pass-Through Rate description and initial Pass-Through Rate for each Class of Regular Certificates.
The Class C Certificates shall be initially evidenced by one or more Certificates representing a Percentage Interest with a minimum denomination of $50,000 Notional Amount and integral multiples of $1,000 Notional Amount in excess thereof, except that one Certificate of such Class may be in a different denomination so that the sum of the denominations of all outstanding Certificates of such Class shall equal the Original Class Notional Amount of such Class on the Closing Date.
