Original Series B-1 Issue Price definition

Original Series B-1 Issue Price means the per share price of US$0.9710 at which the Series B-1 Shareholders have agreed to purchase, and the Company has agreed to sell and issue, the Series B-1 Preferred Shares.
Original Series B-1 Issue Price means US$18.70 per share, as appropriately adjusted for share splits, share dividends, combinations, recapitalizations and similar events with respect to the Series B-1 Preferred Shares.
Original Series B-1 Issue Price. - shall mean, with respect to Series B-1 Preferred Shares, a price of US$401.4894 per share (as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, stock combination or other recapitalization).
