Originator Sale Agreement definition

Originator Sale Agreement means any Originator Sale Agreement between an Originator (other than Arrow) and Arrow as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented with the consent of the Administrative Agent at the direction of the Majority Investors.

Originator Sale Agreement means any of the Canadian RPA, the Dutch RPA, the French RPA, the German RPA, the Hungarian RPA, the Italian RPA, the Portuguese RPA, the Spanish RPA and the U.S. RPA.

Originator Sale Agreement means that certain Receivables Sale Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Originator and the Seller, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
