OS 2020 definition

OS 2020 means the open season procedure conducted by Energinet in 2020 in respect of the Green Gas Lolland Falster Project.
OS 2020 means the Open Season 2020 described herein.

  • The tariffs for the OS 2020 Capacity must be paid in accordance with the Rules for Gas Transport.

  • The fact that Energinet resells the OS 2020 Capacity covered by this terminated Agreement does not exempt the Shipper from liability.

  • Additional Senior Class Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.

  • Amount Generally Billed or “AGB” means, with respect to emergency and other medically necessary care, the amount generally billed to individuals who have insurance covering such care.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Issuing and Paying Agency Agreement means the issuing and paying agency agreement described on the cover page of this Agreement, as such agreement may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Series Enhancement means the rights and benefits provided to the Trust or the Investor Certificateholders of any Series or Class pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, insurance policy, cash collateral guaranty, subordinated interest in the Trust Assets, cash collateral account, collateral interest, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement or other similar arrangement. The subordination of any Series or Class to another Series or Class shall be deemed to be a Series Enhancement.

  • Multi-factor Authentication means controlling access to computers and other IT resources by requiring two or more pieces of evidence that the user is who they claim to be. These pieces of evidence consist of something the user knows, such as a password or PIN; something the user has such as a key card, smart card, or physical token; and something the user is, a biometric identifier such as a fingerprint, facial scan, or retinal scan. “PIN” means a personal identification number, a series of numbers which act as a password for a device. Since PINs are typically only four to six characters, PINs are usually used in conjunction with another factor of authentication, such as a fingerprint.

  • Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the Senior Note (2020) Indenture, the Senior Note (2021) Indenture, the Senior Note (2022) Indenture and the Senior Note (2023) Indenture.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.
