Other Accrued Liabilities definition

Other Accrued Liabilities means those accrued liabilities of Borrower and its Subsidiaries which are of the type that would be included as part of "Other accrued liabilities" on a Fiscal Year-end audited balance sheet of Borrower.
Other Accrued Liabilities. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) all amounts owing under the Insurance Agreement (other than the Insurance Premium and Insurer Accrued Liabilities), and not yet paid to the Insurer (including any premium payable pursuant to the Insurance Agreement as a result of a redemption of the Notes), and (b) interest on the foregoing amounts, the Insurance Premium and any Insurer Accrued Liabilities from the date incurred (or due, in the case of the Insurance Premium) to the date of payment to or reimbursement of the Insurer at the per annum rate set forth in the Insurance Agreement, and not yet paid to the Insurer.
