  • The Parties understand and agree that nothing in the foregoing clauses (a) and (b) is in any way intended to interfere with the normal operations of the Parking Garage System by the Concessionaire, and the Authority shall cooperate with the Concessionaire in minimizing any effect that the obligations of the Concessionaire under such clauses (a) and (b) may have on the Parking Garage System Operations and the Other Concessionaire Revenues and Parking Fee Revenues.
