Other EPN Eligible Broadcast Television means the delivery or transmission of any service, Program, or schedule or group of Programs, that (a) is delivered or transmitted via a Commercially-Adopted Access Control Method and (b) does not fall within the definition of “Conditional Access Delivery” or “BF Eligible Broadcast Television.”
