It shall be a condition to the renewal of this Facility Lease pursuant to this Section 15.1(b) that each Other Facility Lessee shall also exercise its right to renew any and all Other Facility Leases to which each such Other Facility Lessee is a party.
Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;
Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.
Facility Lease means a lease or master lease with respect to any Real Property Asset owned or ground leased by any of the Consolidated Parties as lessor, to a third party Tenant, which, in the reasonable judgment of the Administrative Agent, is a triple net lease such that such Tenant is required to pay all taxes, utilities, insurance, maintenance, casualty insurance payments and other expenses with respect to the subject Real Property Asset (whether in the form of reimbursements or additional rent) in addition to the base rental payments required thereunder such that net operating income to the applicable Consolidated Party for such Real Property Asset (before non-cash items) equals the base rent paid thereunder; provided, that each such lease or master lease shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.
LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
Facility Manager The Authorized User’s representative who is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility(s) referenced in the Project Definition.
Facility Mortgagee means the holder of any Facility Mortgage.
Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.
Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.
Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
Facility Leases means all of the leases of Facilities listed on Schedule 3.7 of the Disclosure Schedules.
Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.
Mortgage Borrower shall have the meaning ascribed to the term “Borrower” in the Loan Agreement (Mortgage).
Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State. On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
