Other Licensed Operators definition

Other Licensed Operators means an entity other than us to whom an individual licence has been granted or who is authorised by a class licence to establish, operate or maintain a Telecommunications Network of a class or description specified in the licence, or to provide a telecommunications service of such a class or description, or both in accordance with the Telecommunications Act 1984 or law in any other jurisdiction under which a telecommunications licence has been granted.
Other Licensed Operators means entities other than the Licensee which are licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law by Decree No.(3) of 2003, its amendments and Executive Order;

  • We are not liable for the working or otherwise of any Telecommunications Network run by or connected to any Other Licensed Operator and cannot be held responsible for poor quality of service or access difficulties caused by Other Licensed Operators.

  • The Licensee shall not make use of network or traffic data, traffic profiles or any other data of any nature which become available to it directly or indirectly as a result of entering into Interconnection arrangements or otherwise as a result of carrying Messages, in any way which, in the reasonable opinion of the JCRA, would unduly prefer the interests of any business carried on by the Licensee or an Associated Company of the Licensee, or place Other Licensed Operators at an unfair disadvantage.

  • Access to the Mobile Network outside the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man is only available where we have put in place appropriate roaming arrangements with Other Licensed Operators.

  • The Licensee shall not make use of network or traffic data, traffic profiles or any other data of any nature which become available to it directly or indirectly as a result of entering into Interconnection arrangements or otherwise as a result of carrying Messages, in any way which, in the reasonable opinion of the GCRA, would unduly prefer the interests of any business carried on by the Licensee or an Associated Company of the Licensee, or place Other Licensed Operators at an unfair disadvantage.

  • Where a dispute remains unresolved between the Licensee and Other Licensed Operators or between the Licensee and a Customer or where a complaint is referred directly to the Authority, the Authority may resolve the matter in accordance with the Federal Law by Decree No. (3) of 2003, its amendments, Executive Order and the Regulatory Framework.

  • The Licensee shall be entitled to share the costs of acquiring and maintaining the MNP System equally with each of the Other Licensed Operators that provide Mobile Telecommunication Services.
