Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.
Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;
Nominations Committee means the committee referred to as such in, and established pursuant to, Article 133;
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.
Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;
Board Committee means those individual members of the Board of Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article VIII and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.
standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.
Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Statutory Committee means a committee struck as a requirement of government legislation;
the Board means the board of directors of the Company;
Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.
Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.
Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;
