Own Occupation means your occupation that you were performing when your Disability or Partial Disability began. For the purposes of determining Disability under this plan, Liberty will consider your occupation as it is normally performed in the national economy.
Regular Occupation means the occupation you routinely perform at the time the Disability begins. We will consider the duties of the occupation as it is normally performed in the general labor market in the national economy.
Any Occupation means any occupation that you are or become reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.
Home occupation means an occupation permitted in a dwelling unit and which:
elementary occupation means any occupation involving unskilled or semi-skilled work;
Regulated occupation means an occupation in which a person is licensed, certified, or registered by one (1) of the following:
Occupation means occupation for the purposes permitted by the Permission but does not include occupation for the purposes of fitting out, decoration, marketing, staff training or site security (and “Occupy”, “Occupiers” and “Occupying” shall be construed accordingly);
Transient occupancy means occupancy in transient lodging that has all of the following
Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.
Practice of occupational therapy means the therapeutic use of occupations for habilitation and
Apprenticeable occupation means an occupation approved for apprenticeship by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship.
Occupation Date means the Completion Date or the date on which the Local Authority issues the Occupancy Certificate or the date that the Purchaser attends the Hand-over Inspection, whichever is the earlier;
Ready for Occupancy means the date upon which (i) the Leased Premises are available for Tenant's occupancy in a broom clean condition and (ii) the improvements, if any, to be made to the Leased Premises by Landlord as a condition to Tenant's obligation to accept possession of the Leased Premises have been substantially completed and the appropriate governmental building department (i.e., the City building department, if the Property is located within a City, or otherwise the County building department) shall have approved the construction of such improvements as substantially complete or is willing to so approve the construction of the improvements as substantially complete subject only to compliance with specified conditions which are the responsibility of Tenant to satisfy or is willing to allow Tenant to occupy subject to its receiving assurances that specified work will be completed.
Temporary Occupation Permit means a Temporary Occupation Permit issued under the Building Control Act (Cap. 29);
Disturbed area means an area where the ground cover is destroyed or removed leaving the land subject to accelerated erosion.
Maximum Occupancy means the maximum number of occupants permitted on the Premises;

Occupational therapist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice occupational therapy.
Occupational dose means the dose received by an individual in the course of employment in which the individual’s assigned duties involve exposure to radiation or to radioactive material from licensed or unlicensed and registered or unregistered sources of radiation, whether in the possession of the licensee, registrant, or other person. Occupational dose does not include dose received from background radiation, from any medical administration the individual has received, from exposure to individuals administered sources of radiation or radioactive material and released in accordance with 641—subrule 41.2(27), from voluntary participation in medical research programs, or as a member of the public.
Occupational therapy means services provided by a qualified occupational therapist, and includes:
Industrial Activity means activities subject to NPDES Industrial Permits as defined in 40 CFR, Section 122.26 (b)(14).
Schengen area means the area without internal borders comprising the territories of the Member States as defined in point (a) applying the Schengen acquis in full.
Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.
Occupational disease means a disease contracted in the course of employment, which by its causes and the characteristics of its manifestation or the condition of the employment results in a hazard which distinguishes the employment in character from employment generally, and the employment creates a risk of contracting the disease in greater degree and in a different manner from the public in general.
Activity means the rate of disintegration or transformation or decay of radioactive material. The units of activity are the becquerel (Bq) and the curie (Ci).
