Examples of Other Permitted Debt in a sentence
The Parent Borrower will maintain or enter into for a period of not less than three years after the Amendment/Restatement Effective Date one or more Hedging Agreements, the effect of which shall be to fix or limit the interest cost to the Parent Borrower with respect to at least 50% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Term Loans, the XXXXx, the Senior Notes, any Subordinated Debt and any Other Permitted Debt.
Subject to the additional restrictions set forth in paragraph 6.2(c), Borrower will not incur any additional indebtedness, including, without limitation, any liability under any capitalized lease or any liability as a guarantor or other contingent liability, except for the following ("Permitted Debt"): (a) short term accounts payable incurred in connection with the operation of the Real Property and (b) any indebtedness identified in the Schedule as Other Permitted Debt.
Promptly after the same shall become effective, copies of any amendment or supplement to, or other modification of, any Subordinated Debt Document or Other Permitted Debt Document.
Borrower shall furnish Agent, within fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar quarter during the term of this Agreement (or more frequently if requested by Agent), with a detailed itemized list of all obligations of Borrower in respect of Other Permitted Debt and which is otherwise in a form sufficient to enable Agent to confirm Borrower's compliance with its obligations under this Agreement in respect of the Other Permitted Debt.
Promptly after the same shall become effective, copies of any amendment or supplement to, or other modification of, any Senior Secured Notes Document, any Subordinated Debt Document or any Other Permitted Debt Document.
