Examples of Other PIPE Investors in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that, during the Interim Period, Acquiror and the Company may execute additional Subscription Agreements with Other PIPE Investors in relation to any Other PIPE Investment, and subject to the Pre-Approved Arrangements, the Parties shall cooperate and negotiate in good faith to enter into additional Subscription Agreements providing for such Other PIPE Investment on commercially reasonable terms with such Other PIPE Investors.
