Project Scope Document definition

Project Scope Document or “PSD” means the document attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, as it may be modified from time to time upon written agreement of the parties. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the PSD, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
Project Scope Document includes user and filtering information for the delivery of reports and results to a practice. “Data” is data or information provided, accessed, made available, or otherwise processed through or by CliniSync. “Dispute” is any controversy, dispute, or disagreement arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
Project Scope Document means the various individual written documents executed by an authorized signatory of each Party documenting the deliverables, Milestones, tasks, and other relevant responsibilities with respect to a Project Area. This term shall include, when the context allows, all New Project Scope Documents executed in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 2.6.

Examples of Project Scope Document in a sentence

  • DPT shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to perform the services outlined in the Project Scope Document and the Protocols (collectively, the “Services”), in accordance with the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference, and to accomplish the desired results.

  • A review of seven staff training records was completed to review for in-service training requirements.

  • In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any Project Scope Document, unless otherwise provided herein [or expressly stated in the Project Scope Document], the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • No Borrower will, nor permit any Subsidiary to, make any payments of management, consulting or other fees for management or similar services, or any payment on account of any Indebtedness owing to any officer, employee, shareholder, director or other Affiliate of Borrower, except reasonable compensation to officers, employees and directors of Borrower for services rendered to such Borrower in the ordinary course of business.

  • Submittals may be rejected for not complying with requirements..3 Master Project Scope Document: Written and graphic information summarizing all Subcontractor packages and including descriptions of the scope of work in each Subcontractor package and the division of work between Subcontractors.

  • If the Additional Service is selected by Participant, it shall be incorporated into this Agreement and the Project Scope Document and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • In the absence of an applicable Project Scope Document, the amount of Fees owing to MGEN shall be determined as set forth below.

Related to Project Scope Document

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Scope Document means the document (if any) that is provided with and becomes part of the Order Form and which defines sometimes in conjunction with a Service Description (as applicable) the Services to be provided.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Project Agreement means the agreement between the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Agreement.

  • Project Contract means any contract between the District or the Corporation and any contractor or vendor regarding the construction, production or other acquisition or installation of any part of an Acquisition Project.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • procurement document means any document produced or referred to by the contracting authority to describe or determine elements of the procurement or the procedure, including the contract notice, the prior information notice where it is used as a means of calling for competition, the technical specifications, the descriptive document, proposed conditions of contract, formats for the presentation of documents by candidates and tenderers, information on generally applicable obligations and any additional documents;

  • Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;
