  • We reserve the right to, and you agree that we may, provide you with Other Statement Material via e-mail transmitted to your Service Email Address in addition to posting them within EasternEase Business Online, at any time and in our discretion.

  • The Service also may include the electronic delivery to you of Other Statement Material.

  • Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to access the periodic Online Statements and Other Statement Material as they are posted within EasternEase Business Online without any notification to do so from us.
