  • You agree to regularly and periodically log in to the Online Banking Service in order to read and review current Online Statements and any Other Statement Material that may be posted.

  • You acknowledge and confirm that your acceptance of the Consent for Electronic Communications and Disclosures in connection with your enrollment in the Online Banking Service applies to Online Statements and Other Statement Material that you may receive through the Service.

  • The Service also may include the electronic delivery to you of Other Statement Material.

  • We will post the periodic Online Statements for your Online Statements Account(s), and any applicable Other Statement Material, in the Online Banking Service.

  • Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to access the periodic Online Statements and Other Statement Material as they are posted within the Online Banking Service without any notification to do so from us.
