Other Tier I Securities definition

Other Tier I Securities means any securities which are Tier I Capital of the Issuer and which rank on a voluntary or involuntary liquidation or bankruptcy of the Issuer pari passu with the Notes.
Other Tier I Securities. ’ means any securities or obligations (however named or designated) which are Tier I Capital of the Issuer and which rank on a voluntary or involuntary liquidation or bankruptcy of the Issuer pari passu with the Notes and which will thus currently include any outstanding ISK 1,000,000,000 CPI Linked Perpetual Bonds, any outstanding ISK 800,000,000 CPI Linked Perpetual Bonds, any outstanding ISK 1,000,000,000 CPI Linked Perpetual Bonds and any outstanding k100,000,000 Non-cumulative Undated EUR TEC10 CNO Indexed Floating Rate Capital Notes, issued in each case by the Issuer.

  • Preferred Interests means, with respect to any Person, Equity Interests issued by such Person that are entitled to a preference or priority over any other Equity Interests issued by such Person upon any distribution of such Person’s property and assets, whether by dividend or upon liquidation.

  • Class A Interests means the Units purchased by the Class A Members. The Class A Interests shall comprise sixty-five percent (65%) of the total Interests sold. Class A Percentage Interest shall be determined by calculating the ratio between each Class A Member’s Capital Account in relation to the total capitalization of the Company provided by the Class A Members.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • REMIC I Regular Interests The Classes of undivided beneficial interests in REMIC I designated as “regular interests” in the table titled “REMIC I Interests” in the Preliminary Statement hereto. The REMIC I Regular Interests, together with the Class R-1 Residual Interest, shall be deemed to be a separate series of beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust consisting of the REMIC I Assets pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
