Outside of the school setting means at a location, activity or program that is not school related, or through the use of an electronic device or a mobile electronic device that is not owned, leased or used by a local or regional board of education.
School setting means in the school, on school grounds, in school vehicles, at a designated bus stop or at any activity sponsored, supervised or sanctioned by the school.
Address of the Society means the address of the Society as filed from time to time with the Registrar in the Notice of Address;
Ward of the state means a child who has been committed to the Cabinet for Families and Children or the Department of Juvenile Justice through a legal process, whether the commitment is voluntary or non-voluntary and the biological or adoptive parental rights have been terminated.
Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:
Extraordinary unspecifiable services means services which are specialized and qualitative in nature requiring expertise, extensive training and proven reputation in the field of endeavor.
Extraordinary Services and "Extraordinary Expenses" means all services rendered and all expenses (including fees and expenses of Counsel) incurred under the Indenture and the Tax Agreement other than Ordinary Services and Ordinary Expenses.
Surface waters of the state means perennial and seasonal streams, lakes, ponds, and tidal waters within the jurisdiction of the state, including all streams, lakes, or ponds bordering on the state, marshes, water courses, and other bodies of water, natural or artificial.
Appropriate office of the state employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Parking Disc means a disc, issued by a local authority, complying with the requirements of the British Standard Specification for Parking Discs (BS No. 4631: 1970), but coloured blue and capable of showing the quarter hours period during which a period of waiting begins; and

Waters of the State means the ocean and its estuaries, all springs, streams, wetlands, and bodies of surface or groundwater, whether natural or artificial, within the boundaries of the State of New Jersey or subject to its jurisdiction.
Routing means the route which Network Rail is to use for a Service in preparing the New Working Timetable or the Working Timetable;

Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
Automated Message Accounting (AMA) means the structure that is inherent in switch technology that initially records Telecommunication message information. AMA format is contained in the Automated Message Accounting document published by iconectiv (formerly known as Telcordia) as GR-1100-CORE, which defines and amends the industry standard for message recording.
Off-the-Shelf Software means any Software that is made generally and widely available to the public on a commercial basis and is licensed to any of the Group Companies on a non-exclusive basis under standard terms and conditions.
Independent Verification means that an evaluation is undertaken and reported by an individual or body whose organisation, systems and procedures conform to ISO Guide 65:1996 (EN 45011:1998) General requirements for bodies operating product certification systems (as amended form time to time) or equivalent, and who is accredited to audit against forest management standards by a body whose organisation, systems and procedures conform to ISO 17011: 2004 General Requirements for Providing Assessment and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Bodies (as amended from time to time) or equivalent.
The School means the Governing Body of the School, its employees and agents. ‘The Hirer’ is the organisation or individual with whom the school is contracting.
Verification means the process of comparing sets of data to establish the validity of a claimed identity (one-to-one check);

Primary service area means that area within a five (5) mile radius from any imaging center owned, operated or managed by Administrator, Parent or their Affiliates for which the Group provides professional Radiology services or any hospital at which on-site professional Radiology services are then provided by Physician Employee(s) or Physician Extender Employee(s) of the Group.
Residential setting means an out-of-home placement where the child typically resides for
