OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL USES definition

OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL USES means any form of play, amusement or relaxation, such as games or sports, carried on completely in the open air and not requiring any buildings for the recreational use itself although accessory buildings for related facilities may be required such as for administrative or office purposes, storage, and accessory food facilities; but does not include war games as defined in Section 2(356) of this By-Law.
OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL USES means campgrounds, dude ranches, golf courses, boat rentals, picnic areas, resorts, restaurants, grocery stores and other generally accepted recreational activities.

"Prewritten computer software" or a prewritten portion thereof that is modified or enhanced to any degree, if such modification or enhancement is designed and developed to the specifications of a specific purchaser, remains "prewritten computer software". However, if there is a reasonable, separately stated charge or an invoice or other statement of the price given to the purchaser for such modification or enhancement, such modification or enhancement shall not constitute "prewritten computer software".

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Recreational area means areas, excluding private single family residential areas, designated for active play, recreation or public assembly in parks, sports fields, picnic grounds, amphitheaters or golf course tees, fairways, roughs, surrounds and greens.

  • Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.

Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.

  • Conjunction Ticket means a ticket issued to a passenger concurrently with another ticket(s) which together constitute a single contract of carriage.
