Outside Capacity definition

Outside Capacity means service by an Insured Person as a director, officer, trustee, regent, governor or equivalent executive of an Outside Entity with the knowledge and consent of or at the request of the Company.
Outside Capacity means service by an Executive in the position of director, officer, trustee, trustee emeritus or governor of an Outside Entity, but only during the time that such service is at the specific request or direction of the Organization.
Outside Capacity means service by an Insured Person as a director, officer, trustee, regent, governor or equivalent executive of an Outside Organization with the knowledge and consent, or at the request, of an Insured Organization.

  • Payment by the Insurer or any insurance company controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Insurer under any other insurance policy as a result of such Outside Capacity Claim shall reduce, by the amount of such payment, the Insurer’s Limit of Liability available under this Policy for such Outside Capacity Claim.
