Outside Commercial Operation Date definition

Outside Commercial Operation Date means the date that is 18 Months after the Target Commercial Operation Date.

Outside Commercial Operation Date means the later of (i) 60 days after the Construction Commencement Date, or (ii) 180 days after the Effective Date.
