Outside Commercial Operation Date definition

Outside Commercial Operation Date means the date that is 18 Months after the Target Commercial Operation Date.

Outside Commercial Operation Date means May 1, 2027, as such date may be extended pursuant to Section 2.5(c).

More Definitions of Outside Commercial Operation Date

Outside Commercial Operation Date means three hundred sixty five (365) days after the Construction Commencement Date.
