SMART Program definition

SMART Program means the Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target (SMART) Program as established in 225 CMR 20.
SMART Program means the “Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target (SMART) Program” as defined in 225 CMR 20.00 et. seq., developed by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (“DOER”) pursuant to Section 11(b) of Chapter 75 of the Acts of 2016, An Act Relative to Solar Energy as implemented, pursuant to regulations or guidelines issued by the DOER and/or orders, regulations and tariffs adopted by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) in connection therewith, including pursuant to the SMART Tariff and any and all orders, regulations and tariffs and related documentation as approved or adopted by the DPU and the local electric distribution companies in connection with the DPU’s Docket 17-140 and other related dockets.
SMART Program means the Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target (SMART) Program as established in 225 C.M.R. §20.

  • This tariff will remain in effect until the costs incurred to administer the SMART Program have been fully recovered through the SMART Factors and termination of this tariff has been granted by the Department.

  • In addition, the percentage of capitalized overhead and burdens assigned to SMART Program capital projects shall be set equal to the ratio of SMART Program costs to total direct costs in any given year.

More Definitions of SMART Program

SMART Program means the Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target Program, as embodied by the SMART Program Rules.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Treatment program means an abstinence based program or facility that is accredited by any of the following:

  • Educator preparation program means a planned sequence of academic courses and experiences leading to a recommendation for licensure by the State Board.

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;

  • Retirement program means a program of rights and obligations which a county, city, village, or township establishes, maintains, or participates in and which, by its express terms or as a result of surrounding circumstances, does 1 or more of the following:

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
