Outside School Hours Care definition

Outside School Hours Care means care of children provided in schools, supervised playgrounds and other establishments, but not including child care centres as defined in the Child Care Legislation, outside normal school hours.
Outside School Hours Care. (OSHC) center means a public or private nonprofit facility licensed or approved to provide organized nonresidential child care services to enrolled children, primarily of school age, outside of regular school hours.
