Outstanding Capital Shares definition

Outstanding Capital Shares means, at any time, the shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of such time.
Outstanding Capital Shares means, all issued and outstanding shares of the Company, and shall include all such shares issuable in respect of outstanding scrip or any certificates representing fractional interests in such Shares; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that "Outstanding Capital Shares" shall not mean any such Shares then directly or indirectly owned or held by or for the account of the Company.
