Outstanding Parity Bond Ordinance definition

Outstanding Parity Bond Ordinance means the ordinance adopted by the Governing Authority on November 4, 2010, authorizing the issuance of the Outstanding Parity Bonds.
Outstanding Parity Bond Ordinance means, collectively, the ordinances adopted by the Issuer on November 4, 2010 and November 7, 2019, authorizing the issuance of the Outstanding Parity Bonds.
Outstanding Parity Bond Ordinance means the ordinance adopted by the Governing Authority on September 3, 2013, which authorizes the issuance of the Outstanding Parity Bonds, as the same may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time.
