Outstanding Percentage definition

Outstanding Percentage means the ratio of (i) the aggregate outstanding principal amount under the Ratable Notes of the Existing Banks, immediately prior to the admission of the New Bank (or the increase in the Loan Commitment of a Bank), to (ii) the aggregate of the Loan Commitments of the Existing Banks (as increased pursuant to this Section, if applicable) and the New Bank.
Outstanding Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(d).
Outstanding Percentage as to any Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender’s Commitment then constitutes of the aggregate Commitments (or, at any time after the Closing Date, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender’s Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Loans then outstanding).
