Revolving Termination Date means the earlier to occur of:
Funding Termination Date means the Business Day immediately preceding the ------------------------ Remittance Date occurring in the calendar month that is the third calendar month following the calendar month of the Closing Date, or November 30, 2001.
Extending Term Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(c).
Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount means the aggregate principal amount of each series of Bonds issued and Outstanding from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, as reflected in the records maintained by the Registrar as provided in this Ordinance.
Existing Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Outstanding Principal Balances of each Class outstanding on such date.
Existing Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Refinancing Term Commitments means one or more term loan commitments hereunder that fund Refinancing Term Loans of the applicable Refinancing Series hereunder pursuant to a Refinancing Amendment.
Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.
Existing Term Loan Class shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(i).
Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of a Covered Bond, its principal amount less, in respect of any Instalment Covered Bond, any principal amount on which interest shall have ceased to accrue in accordance with Condition 5.06 or otherwise as indicated in the Final Terms.
Refinancing Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).
Tranche B Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Tranche A Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Refinancing Term Loans means one or more Classes of Term Loans that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount means at any time during a Monthly Period with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of all Outstanding Notes of such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes at such time, less any funds on deposit in the Principal Funding Account or the related Sub-Account, as applicable, for the benefit of such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes at such time.
Remaining Term Interest means, with respect to any Note, the aggregate amount of scheduled payment(s) of interest on such Note for the remaining term of such Note determined on the basis of the rate of interest applicable to such Note from and including the date on which such Note is to be redeemed by the Issuer pursuant to this Condition.
Adjusted Term SOFR Rate means, for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Term SOFR Rate for such Interest Period, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.
Refinancing Term Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(c).
Aggregate Subordinate Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Principal Balances of the Classes of Subordinate Certificates and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.
Refinancing Term Loan Commitments has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.26(a).
Existing Term Loan Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).
Tranche A Term Loans means Loans made by the Tranche A Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
Existing Termination Date as defined in Section 2.18.
Tranche B Term Loans means the Loans made by Lenders to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii).
Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.
