Overconcentrated Dealer definition

Overconcentrated Dealer means a Dealer, that is not a Manufacturer, with respect to which a Dealer Overconcentration exists. For the purposes of the definition of Overconcentrated Dealer, such a Dealer and all of its Affiliates that are Dealers shall be considered to be a single Dealer.
Overconcentrated Dealer shall have the meaning specified in the definition of Dealer Overconcentration.
Overconcentrated Dealer means a Dealer, that is not a Manufacturer, with respect to which a Dealer Overconcentration exists. For the purposes of the definition of Overconcentrated Dealer, such a Dealer and all of its Affiliates that are Dealers shall be considered to be a single Dealer. “Overconcentrated Manufacturer” means a Manufacturer with respect to which a Manufacturer Overconcentration exists. “Overconcentrated Product Line” means a Product line with respect to which a Product Line Overconcentration exists.
