Overhead and Administrative Costs definition

Overhead and Administrative Costs has the meaning specified in Subsection 3.1 c.;
Overhead and Administrative Costs means the overhead and administrative costs of Manager to manage and market the Security System in the Territory, for a year, determined by multiplying Manager's total overhead and administrative costs for marketing and managing the Security System in the United States and Canada in such year by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Net Sales for such year and the denominator of which is the aggregate gross amount paid to Alya in such year, for the purchase, installation and support of the Security System in the United States and Canada, less normal course of business selling credits for discounts and rebates in such year and less return adjustments for which a refund has been paid or credited to the customer, to the extent of the payment or credit in such year; and
Overhead and Administrative Costs means the overhead and administrative costs of Manager to manage and market the Security System in the Territory, for a year, determined by multiplying Manager's total overhead and administrative costs for marketing and managing the Security System worldwide in such year by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Net Sales for such year and the denominator of which is the aggregate gross amount paid to Alya in such year, for the purchase, installation and support of the Security System worldwide, less normal course of business selling credits for discounts and rebates in such year and less return adjustments for which a refund has been paid or credited to the customer, to the extent of the payment or credit in such year; and

  • Allocable Overhead means costs incurred by a Party or for its account that are attributable to a Party’s facilities and occupancy costs, corporate bonus (to the extent not charged directly to a department), and its supervisory, payroll, information systems, human relations and purchasing functions and that are allocated to company departments based on space occupied or headcount or other activity-based method. Allocable Overhead shall not include any costs attributable to general corporate activities, including, by way of example, executive management, investor relations, business development, legal affairs and finance.

  • Direct medical education costs means costs directly associated with the medical education of interns and residents or other medical education programs, such as a nursing education program or allied health programs, conducted in an outpatient setting, that qualify for payment as medical education costs under the Medicare program. The amount of direct medical education costs is determined from the hospital base-year cost reports and is inflated in determining the direct medical education rate.

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.

  • Relocation Costs means costs incurred in the relocation of the furniture, fixtures, equip- ment, machinery and supplies, including, but not limited to, the cost of dismantling and reassembling equipment and the cost of floor preparation necessary for the reassembly of the equipment. Relocation costs include only such costs that are incurred during the ninety-day period immediately following the commencement of the relocation to an eli- gible premises. Relocation costs do not include costs for structural or capital improve- ments or items purchased in connection with the relocation.

  • Company Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3(a)(v).

  • Crew Support Costs means all expenses of a general nature which are not particularly referable to any individual vessel for the time being managed by the Managers and which are incurred by the Managers for the purpose of providing an efficient and economic management service and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall include the cost of crew standby pay, training schemes for officers and ratings, cadet training schemes, sick pay, study pay, recruitment and interviews.

  • Indirect Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.
