INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT xxx shall be solely responsible for providing Customers with installation, maintenance and technical integration support with respect to Software. Distributor shall notify Xxxxxx.xxx as soon as possible, and within no more than twenty-four (24) hours or one (1) Business Day, whichever period is longer, of Distributor's receipt of any Customer request for support or assistance with respect to Software.

B. If Business Development Partner purchases an HP System and chooses to resell individual components of that system to Customer who is purchasing an add-on to an HP System, it is the responsibility of Business Development Partner to provide the installation services to Customer at Business Development Partner’s expense. HP may agree, but is not obligated, to perform installation services at an additional charge.

Distributor shall immediately refer all of the Distributor's customers who contact the Distributor via telephone regarding technical support for the Software to xxxxxx.xxx technical support department all other technical support requests to the Distributor received via mail, email, or fax, from the Distributor's Customers shall be forwarded to xxxxxx.xxx within no more than twenty-four (24) hours or one (1) Business Day, whichever period is longer.

You and/or your Service Provider are solely responsible for the installation and maintenance of the Software, and for the proper installation, configuration, and operation of the software and the hardware, supporting software, and services upon which the Software relies. You and/or your Service Provider are solely responsible for the configuration and operation of the Software. You are responsible for selecting the correct settings software. The Software is delivered with certain default settings which may not be appropriate for all Clients.
