Oversight entity definition
Oversight entity means the same as that term is defined in Rule R277-111.
Oversight entity means all of the following:
Oversight entity means the entity responsible for implementing and overseeing the Oversight and Enforcement Policies, which are part of the SHIN-NY Policy Standards, and for establishing remedies under said Policies.
