Owned System definition

Owned System means any System that Lessee or a Subsidiary of Guarantor owns ------------ beneficially and of record which is part of a Qualified MAN or FCL (it being understood that any System subject to a Lease Supplement shall not be an "Owned System").

  • PCS shall have full power and authority to take all action necessary to effect the appointment or removal of the general manager or, if applicable, the regional manager or other person with equivalent management responsibility ("System Manager") of the Partnership's interest in any PCS Owned System.
