Owned System definition

Owned System means any System that Lessee or a Subsidiary of Guarantor owns ------------ beneficially and of record which is part of a Qualified MAN or FCL (it being understood that any System subject to a Lease Supplement shall not be an "Owned System").
Owned System means any System that is owned and operated by an Intercable Group Entity other than a Cable Partnership.
Owned System means any System (a) in which the Partnership owns, directly or indirectly, an equity interest, or which is leased by the Partnership and (b) with respect to which the Partnership possesses, directly or indirectly, the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person, whether by contract or otherwise.
