Owner Improvements definition

Owner Improvements means improvements constructed by the Owner.
Owner Improvements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.2.
Owner Improvements means improvements constructed in the Mission Bay South Area by the Owner.

  • Owner shall (and shall cause Owner Parties to), upon Contractor's request and at Contractor's expense, give Contractor and its attorneys all reasonable assistance in connection with the preparation and prosecution of any patent applications and shall cause to be executed all assignments or other instruments or documents as reasonably necessary or appropriate to perfect the ownership of Contractor in the Owner Improvements.

  • Vehicular entries shall be established by the planned unit development and shall follow the regulations for Village center main streets and arterial business and mixed use corridors.

  • As a “First Sale Profit Payment”, Phase IIB Developer shall pay to Authority, upon the first to occur of (i) the Sale of the Phase IIB Market Rate Owner Improvements or (ii) the Sale of the entirety of the Phase IIB Improvements, fifty percent (50%) of the Adjusted Net Sale Profit (without duplication of the “First Sale Profit Payment Rent” due under the Phase IIB Parcel Ground Lease).

  • The Manager shall make available to the Owner the advice and consultation of Manager's professional staff in connection with such Owner Improvements.
