  • Upon request by Owner Supplier shall provide copies of all Certificates of Insurance that Subcontractors are required to carry pursuant to this Agreement.

  • If any loss or damage occurs to or affects the Work prior to completion and final payment has been issued to Supplier by Owner, Supplier shall at its expense promptly repair or replace the loss or damage; provided, however, that Supplier shall be entitled to receive from Owner the proceeds of all applicable insurance policies, if any, covering the loss or damage, but only to the extent that Owner’s sole negligence caused such loss or damage.
